Most underperformance has a mundane cause: a soiled string, a tripped DC isolator, a failed connector, an inverter derating in heat, or settings that were changed and never restored. Finding it requires a physical inspection of the installation.
We do not diagnose remotely. An on-site inspection of panels, wiring, isolators, inverter logs and battery data is what separates a settings issue from a hardware failure, and it protects you from replacing equipment that was never faulty.
Faults we attend to
- Solar panel faults and damage
- Inverter faults and error codes
- Battery faults and state-of-health concerns
- Charging problems
- Low solar production
- System shutdowns, monitoring and cable faults
Our repair process
- On-site inspection and testing
- Inverter log and monitoring review
- String-level output measurement
- Written findings before any parts
- Repair or component replacement
- Post-repair performance verification
